Safest street food to eat in the Philippines?

If you're feeling adventurous and are looking to try some street food, you're in for a lil secret: they're always safe. At least that's the rule. Even if they're yum, you won't get to enjoy them if you're constantly thinking of the toilet that awaits you at your hotel room. I mean that's  exactly what makes it street bruh! Not the food, but the experience.

A general advice to foodies tho: before eating something weird, something you haven't tried, or something you generally don't trust, try to eat something greasy first. This will sort of coat your stomach and protect you from acid base disturbances in there and even from the threat of massive diarrhea. This is also a good rule in drinking alcohol. If you don't wanna get too drank,  tubbing in some butter/peanut butter/paella/etc would actually help

I would say it isn't a matter of what but of where it is safest to eat street food.
Stuff like isaw (grilled chicken intestines) or fish balls literally served along the streets can give sensitive people diarrhea; there's a strip of street food stalls in Manila called Hepa Lane (as in hepatitis: eat at your own risk, I guess). More popular stalls would not risk having their customers spread bad word about them, though.
For isaw and barbecue, a well-known place would be Mang Larry's at UP Diliman, Quezon City. There are always street food restaurants in Metro Manila for a safer gastronomical experience.
